Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between sic6s ("Platform", "we", "us") and every individual who uses this platform ("you", "user"). By accessing the website sic6s.lat, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Account Creation & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method will be treated as a violation.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms. It is your responsibility to notify our support team immediately if any of your account details change.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Sharing login details with any unauthorised person is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sic6s currently supports the following payment methods for users in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. You must use a payment account registered in your own name — using a third party's account is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Deposit Terms

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact our support team with proof of payment. Every deposit transaction is recorded and our logs will be considered final in the event of any dispute.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

Your account identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal. If a bonus has been claimed, funds derived from that bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

3.4 KYC Verification

sic6s reserves the right to verify user identity to ensure financial security. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested if needed. Withdrawals may be placed on hold while the verification process is ongoing. We reserve the right to close an account if identity verification fails.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

sic6s offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — applied to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Funds derived from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Transferring funds from account to account using a bonus is prohibited.
• A user may not participate in any single promotion more than once.
• sic6s reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is suspected.
• Users will be notified in advance of any changes to bonus terms.

4.4 VIP Program

sic6s's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on continued active play. The benefits and conditions of each tier are subject to change and sic6s retains full authority over decisions in this regard.

Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Rules

All odds and game results displayed on sic6s are determined according to the applicable rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless we explicitly announce an error on our part. sic6s reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.

5.2 Odds & Results

For sports betting, results are determined by following the official announcements of the relevant authority (cricket board, football organisation, etc.). If an event is cancelled or postponed, a refund policy for the bet amount will apply.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games on sic6s are operated by software from certified game providers and use a Random Number Generator (RNG). Every spin and card deal is entirely independent and is not influenced by previous results. If a game session is interrupted due to a technical issue, it will be resolved according to the records at the time of the interruption.

User Code of Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited while using sic6s:

• Using a false identity or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to misuse bonuses.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
